BSI’s Two-Way Radios were displayed at the 2010 American Dental Association convention.  The response was tremendous.  At times there were 20 Dental professionals listening to the pitch.  We had a conversation with a dentist that had purchased the  BR777 radios a few months back.  He had a success story that needs to be shared.

This Kansas City Dental office uses the BR777 to gain a substantial efficiency advantage in their office.  The dentist brought up several areas that the BR777 radios help make every member of his team more efficient.  His office uses the radios from “Start to Finish”.  As a patient arrives, the receptionist lets the hygienist know, while also alerting the dentist.  The hygienist then uses the radio to communicate needs, and to alert the dentist that the cleaning is finished.  The dentist uses the radios to ask for product, dispense services, and order other treatments.  The hygienist then uses the radio to alert the billing personnel that the patient is done and on the way to the payment counter.

Not only did the BR777 radio make the office flow much more smoothly, but the saved steps by the hygienist and dentist allowed more quality time with their patients.  The BR777  also saved hard costs on re-gloving, washing hands, etc…  One other area the dentist was excited about was the fact that the patient was never left alone.  Their patient satisfaction dramatically improved because of the speed of the appointment and the constant care.

The final benefit that was discussed was a “BIG” one.  This Dentist determined that because of the  BR777 radio, they added a patient a chair, per day, in revenue.  The ROI for the BR777 radio investment was determined to be only 2 months.  That’s a success story !
